untuk pertama kali nya, saya memperkenalkan rancangan mari-mari ber aerobik di blog sendiri. hahaha.

i've found out this video would be nice&good for all those beginners in aerobics.
there's a slow move / review of all the steps toward at the end of the video.
sila jangan malu. seriously. just move and move your body.
even just front of your kids. you will feel the excitement and release all those tensionness that bothering you. hoyeahh. kali ni saya berbicara seperti perunding kesihatan pulak.

saya hanya berjalan

ok. ingat lagi tak pada paparan skrin seperti ini. iya. saya ke gym lagi.
kerana saya bosan.
satu lagi kerana, saya mahu jaga kesihatan dan juga mengawal berat badan saya.
saya berharap kcal = 275 yang telah berjaya dibakar itu adalah hidangan makan tengahari saya tadi. hehehe.
jadi, bermakna saya boleh menganggap seperti saya tidak makan apa-apa pada hari ini.
(agak tak masuk akal. takpe)
km= 5.50 dicapai dalam masa 55minit 33seconds.
lawa jugak nombor-nombor ni. hehehe.
saya menganggap distance 5.5km dalam masa 55minit 33seconds tu adalah masa & jarak lebih kurang saya berpusing-pusing di mall/shopping complex/zara/forever 21/new look/H&M etc, tapi kali ini tanpa menghabiskan dirham langsung. yeah.
ok lah. itu saja buat kali ini. last but not least, yes, saya hanya berjalan sahaja sbb sebenarnye saya agak malas nk berlari atau berjogging. hahaha.

hye all,
how conscious u'r about ur health?
isu ni akan slalu timbul dlm pemikiran sy apabila sy kehabisan body wash, hair shampoo or facial care / skincare.
tahukah anda akan SLS or Sodium Laureth Sulfate?
pd sesiapa yg pernah menerima email forward psl article SLS ni, msti sedikit sbyk taw psl keburukan jangka pjg berpunca drpd SLS.
adakah anda begitu conscious ttg kesihatan tubuh bdn anda sethp ini?
sy dpti sgt susah nk mndptkn SLS- free produk di pasaran skrang.
siapa2 ade idea psl ni x?
drpd pngetahuan sy, stlh membaca beberapa artikel di cni
SLS boleh mengakibat kn cancer dlm jangka pjg.

sgt byk keburukan drpd kebaikan.
malah mmberi kesan lbh teruk kpd kanak-kanak juga.
sy check. slalu check. seriously, sgt byk produk yg contain SLS ni..
SLS contain ni mmbuatkn buih2 tiap kali kte shampoo rambut / pki body wash.
so, bile buih2 byk, kte pn ala2 feeling "wahh.. best sungguh shampoo ni / body wash ni.."
tp not me (bkn nk prasan bgus, tp to be honest jer... hahaha)
tiap kali mandi, kdg2 mmg taw, body wash tu ade SLS ni, so dlm hati berkata
"adusshh.. adusshhh.. rasa brsalah trhadap bdn sndiri.."
yer... sy sgt physco bab2 ini...
pnah x trpikir, org2 tua kte dlu2..
mane ade brand2 mcm2 bgi kt pasaran mcm skrang ni..
ntah2 xde pn pki shampoo yg beli2 ni...
dorg dlu2, petik daun tu, petik daun ni...
wat shampoo, wat mndi.. wat gosok gigi...
ingat lg dlu kecik2...
ma sy slalu beruskn gigi sy dgn arang je..
rasanye xde lah colgate2 ke, darlie ke cm skrang ni..
cuba pkir2..
dlu2 org pki daun jambu, daun pkok bunga raya, daun lidah buaya...
mcm tu jer.. still kebersihan diri trjaga jgak...
xprlu smpi nk feeling2 buih2 byk br ler terasa bdn bersih...
antara produk lain, DEODORANT.
pn ade mngandungi bhn kimia yg mmberi kesan kpd kesihatan dlm masa jangka pjg.
nama dia lbh kurang Aluminium ........ (lupa...biasalah nama2 bhn kimia mmg susah nk ingat)
sbgi inisiatif, jom sama2 kte share klu ade sape2 taw psl any herbal2 produk yg suci drpd sebarang bhn2 kimia berbahaya spt SLS ni...
inisiatif lain, jom sama2 amalkn petua2 org dlu2...
p/s: antara ingredient lain yg x elok juga - Propylene glycol

Let’s do some simple on floor exercises.
First thing first.
Get ur yoga mat and face towel.
Baring.
Lift up both of ur leg.
And stretch (tarik) by hand. (both leg)
hand hold at ur feet.
breathe in and breathe out.

Next, do it one by one (left n right).
(Make it 2times of 8count for each)
Slowly , breathe in and breathe out.

Then, alternately, gilir-gilir, kiri n kanan.
This time,Do it laju-laju (4times of 8count)
Ur upper abdomen kna lift up a bit.
(jgn mcm baring terus a.k.a lay flat,
After that, do cycling.
Repeat 4 times of 8count.
Like this.

Last but not least,
Cross ur leg.
i called this Scissor style. Hehehe.
Also 4 times of 8count.
